2. For additional information, please make the request in writing to PIO or APIO (stationed at NPM /CPM).

3. For providing information the following fees are payable:

a. Rupees two for each page (in A4 or A3 size paper) created or copies;
b. Actual charge or cost price of a copy in larger size paper;
c. Actual cost or price for samples or models;
d. For inspection of records, no fee for the first hour and a fee of rupees five for each subsequent hour (or fraction thereof.)
e. For information provided in diskettee or floppy rupees fifty per diskettee or floppy.”
