Terms and Conditions
(Effective 10.02.2010)
- The prices indicated in the Price List are Ex-Mill / Ex-depot and inclusive of Excise Duty, Cess and normal packing.
- The Ex-Mill price for all direct sale of HPC products from mills will be as shown in EXHIBIT - 'A'. The Ex-depot prices of HPC products shall be as per EXHIBIT - 'B'.
- A reel rebate of Rs.950/- per tonne will be allowed for all varieties except for CS varieties and other varieties in cut sizes.
- The orders, with sizes in fraction below and above 0.5 cm, will not be accepted.
- For CS Paper in sizes 38.1 CM and below, a CS discount of Rs.400/- per MT will be allowed.
- CS varieties will be supplied in reels of 38.1 cms & below 51 cms, 61 cms, 76 cms, 76.2 cms,77.5 cms and 91 cms only.
- A rebate of 10% will be allowed on Retree Paper.
- Following cash discount will be available on all ex-depot sales:

| - For payment after 75th day | Interest @ 18.5% from the date of invoice. |
All LR needs to be strictly sent only to the Depot concerned and Depot-in-charge would collect the payment before handing over the LR to the party. Actual receipt of cheque/DD and physical delivery of LR/RR should be properly recorded with date and signature of both HPC personnel authorized and stockist on the face of the documents exchanged for same.
- For all sheet materials below the size of 40 x 65 cms in length as well as in width, an additional amount of Rs. 300/- per MT will be charged. This additional charge will not be applicable to cut size varieties already marked in the Price List.
- Colouring charge for blue, pink, yellow and green shade in all GSMs of all varieties will be extra @ Rs.600/- per MT.
- Rs. 1200/-per MT will be charged extra for water marked paper over and above the list price.
- The minimum order quantity for direct sale will be 9 MT per occasion and HPC will not have any responsibility for arranging transport and insurance in such cases.
- Prices of other special varieties of paper which are not mentioned in the Price List, will be negotiable.
- Sales Tax, VAT and all other Taxes / Govt. levies as applicable at the time of despatch from mill/ delivery from depot will be charged extra.
- Quantity discount will not be allowed to the stockist on the sale of damaged paper, including transit damage and for any quantity sold under tender terms.
- Prices, Terms and Conditions of sales indicated above are subject to change without notice. Prices, Terms and conditions ruling at the time of despatch from mill/ delivery from depot will be applicable.
